And how could we leave out the wonderful Dr. Frank Felice! Dr. Felice was initiated by the Phi Iota chapter at Concordia College in 1982 (42 years of membership!). Here is what Dr. Felice said for his, why Mu Phi, "At Concordia College, Mu Phi Epsilon provided great scholarship opportunities, as well as excellent opportunities to play chamber music with other great musicians - it made perfect sense to join and be active."

Last but not least of our Mu Phaculty is Dr. Trae Blanco. Dr. Blanco is technically a soon-to-be Mu Phaculty member but we still think it is important to highlight him (we will be initiating him first thing in the fall!). Dr. Blanco has become an agent for change since coming to Butler and we can't wait to see what ideas he has for our chapter! For his, why Mu Phi? Dr. Blanco said, "I’m excited about being a member of Mu Phi Epsilon because of its focus on music and service in the community, and to help advance the artistic and performance opportunities in wind band music in our region."

Our next Mu Phaculty member is Dr. Dana Zenobi. Dr. Zenobi is an active member and is on the board of El Sistema Indianapolis! Dr. Zenobi also just recently got tenure at Butler! For her, why Mu Phi? Dr. Zenobi said, "I appreciate the supportive community in the Mu Phi Kappa chapter, and I love the connection between music and lifelong friendship."

Our next Mu Phacutly member is Professor Melissa Johnson! Prof Johnson is the Faculty advisor and honorary member of @tbsepsilon & @kky_alphabeta. Prof Johnson said this for, why Mu Phi? "I love everything that the organization stands for and I appreciate the opportunity to connect with my students in a different way."

First up for our Mu Phaculty is our Faculty Advisor Professor David Murray! Prof Murray has been an integral part of the Kappa chapter even before his initiation last November, supporting our events and encouraging our members outside of Mu Phi as well. Prof Murray's answer to, why Mu Phi? is, "I had been the faculty advisor for several years, and since this is a group of students I admire and appreciate, I decided to join the organization as a member."
Thank you Prof Murray for all that you do for our chapter!
